A driver and his two passengers were killed in a single-car accident in Queens last night.
It appears the driver lost control of the vehicle and plowed into a concrete barrier, according to New York City police.
Driver and both passengers were transported to Elmhurst Hospital where they were pronounced dead.
Police have not released the victims’ names pending family notification, but say the driver was 26 years old and his passengers, both male, were 27.
The accident happened at 10:30 p.m. Thursday night at the corner of 48th Street and Laurel Hill Road.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
According to NY1, sources say a half-empty bottle of vodka was found in the car and a small bag of cocaine was found in the sock of one of the passengers.
