Troy the Activity Truck, has been voluntarily recalled in the U.S. and Canada, by Infantino LLC, because plastic beads on the toy truck can detach, posing a choking hazard.
The company has received twenty-eight reports of the beads detaching from the toy, including two reports of young children gagging on them.
The recall involves “Troy the Activity Truck,” with the following model numbers: 153-210, 206-110 or 506-110C. The recalled toys were sold at Babies R Us, Toys R Us, TJ Maxx and various other stores nationwide.
Consumers should contact Infantino for a replacement. In the meantime, the recalled toy truck should be taken away from young children immediately. Please refer to the CPSC News release for photos of the recalled item for reference.
