Dollar General Stores announced a voluntary recall of nearly 10,000 Toy Gun Sets because they have a part that could pose a choking hazard to children.
There have been no incidents reported in association with the recalled toy guns.
The recall involves Special Forces Weapons and Accessories Set and a SWAT Police Play Equipment Set with the number 48JQH09. They were sold at Dollar General Stores in 35 states from September through October 2009.
Consumers are advised to take the recalled toy guns from small children immediately to prevent injury. The toys can be returned to any Dollar General store for a replacement or refund.
