Ross Stores has announced a voluntary recall of 1,200 Acacia Chairs, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), because the chair can collapse, posing a fall hazard.
Five reports of the chairs collapsing have been reported to the company, to date.
The recalled chairs, sold exclusively at Ross Stores nationwide, have a natural finish made of acacia wood with SKU number 400058432585 or 400058432608 printed on the price tag.
These chairs should not be used and Ross should be contacted for a refund.
