Key Baby, LLC issued a voluntary recall of Pampers Natural Stages Infant Pacifiers because they fail to meet federal safety standards, thereby posing a choking hazard.

There have been no reports of injuries associated with this recall.

Only “Stage 1” pacifiers are involved in this recall. They come in blue, pink and yellow. "Stage 1" and "Ortho" or "Bulb" is printed on the package. They were sold at various different retail stores nationwide from April 2010 through February 2011. View photos of the recalled items on the CPSC Web site.

Parents and caregivers are urged to take the recalled pacifiers away from young children and to contact Key Baby for refund instructions. Call Key Baby at (800) 447-1224 or visit them online at www.key-baby.com for more information.

(Note: Pampers® licensed their brand name to Key Baby)
