Grass and hedge trimmers have been voluntarily recalled by Husqvarna due to a fire hazard posed by fuel lines in the fuel tank, according to a CPSC News Release.
To date, the company has received seven reports of fuel leaking but no injuries.
The recall involves Husqvarna Grass Trimmer Model 122C with serial numbers that range from 2011 17 00001 to 2011 52 99999. The recalled Hedge Trimmers are Models 122HD60 and 122HD45 with serial numbers that range from 2011 17 00001 to 2011 52 99999. They were sold at Lowes, Sears and Husqvarna deals nationwide.
Consumers are urged to discontinue use of the recalled hedge and grass trimmers and to return them to the place of purchase for a free repair.
