Fall & Injury Hazard Prompts Recall Of Kelty Jogging Strollers

A fall and injury hazard has prompted the recall of Kelty single and double jogging strollers.

The front wheel of the unit can come loose and cause the stroller to tip over posing an injury risk to children and adults pushing the stroller. To date, there have been three reports of incidents that involved these recalled strollers including injuries such as fractured bones to adults and minor cuts and scrapes to children.

Kelty Speedster Swivel Deluxe single jogging strollers and Swivel Deuce double jogging strollers are included in this recall. Below are the affected model numbers.

The strollers were sold nationwide at juvenile product stores as well as sporting goods stores and web retailers from January 2010 through February 2012.
