Toy Chicks Recalled Due To Hearing Damage Hazard

Dan-Dee “Chicken Dance” Tap Dance Easter Chicks have been voluntarily recalled due to the toy’s excessive music levels that pose a risk of hearing damage.

The recalled toy is a yellow chick in a furry multi-colored Easter egg shell. Photos can be viewed on the CPSC Website for reference. It has a music player and it also dances when squeezed. The manufacture date and batch number of the recalled items is 11/2012 120613670.

To this date, there have been no reports of injuries associated with this recall.

Consumers are urged to stop using the recalled toys and to take them away from small children. They should be returned to the store of purchase for a refund.
