Riding Toy Recalled by Radio Flyer

Comments Off

Radio Flyer, working in cooperation with the CPSC, issued a recall of Scoot ‘n Zoom Children’s riding toys because it can tip over posing a fall hazard to young children.

To this date, the company has received ten reports – which have involved six injuries.

The recalled toys – sold at Walmart and other retailers – are red molded plastic with black wheels with model number 711, which can be found on the underside of the toy.

If you have a yellow UPC code on the bottom of your unit, your unit is not affected by this recall.

Consumers are urged to take the recalled toys away from children and to contact Radio Flyer for a free replacement or refund. Contact Radio Flyer at (800) 621-7613 or visit them online at www.radioflyer.com for more information.

You can initiate the exchange process online.
